London: I was planning to buy in LA, but then my mum called saying she’d found me this amazing apartment in London – so I ended up buying that. I think it was a ploy to keep me close to home!
What are you listening to at the moment?
I tend to revert back to my favourite albums. Recently, + by Ed Sheeran and Dr Dre’s 2001, which is one of the greatest hip-hop albums ever.
What’s the best book you’ve read recently?
For obvious reasons, I’ve been reading a lot of comic books the past few years – like Ultimate Spider-Man. They have some great stories and have really inspired me.
What’s the most extravagant thing you’ve bought on a trip?
It was my twin brothers’ 21st birthday recently: I got one a very nice watch, and the other a piano, because he loves to play.
What’s your packing essential?
A pair of Converse sneakers – they’re just so versatile.
What’s your favourite hotel?
The Savoy in London. Not only is it right on the Thames, it has so much history; The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe have all stayed there. And its American Bar is one of the city’s best places for a drink.
What’s your favourite shop?
One single shop, I’m not sure – but London’s West End has some incredible tailors who have been around for years.
Where would you have your last meal?
Any sushi in Tokyo. Their version of “average” sushi would be called amazing anywhere else – that’s how good the sushi is!
If you could relive one travel experience, it would be…
Partying in Sao Paulo. We were over there promoting Spider-Man and had this incredible night out. Brazil knows how to party!
If you could go on a trip with anyone, who would it be?
My three brothers: we’re incredibly close and they really help me when it feels things are getting a bit crazy.
What’s the best travel advice you’ve been given?
I have family from Dublin so was told a lot of cool places to go there. But my advice is just to get lost in Dublin for a weekend – you won’t regret it!
